Intelligence in the Body One Day Workshop with Emma Loftus

We will cover the following

• The indigenous origins of healing (from Osteopathy, to Somatic Experiencing – trauma resolution)
• Health – the true meaning – and how it has been perceived in modern society
• Rhythms in nature / within and around us – practical exercises to integrate this
• What does it mean to be sensory / afferent – perceiving the Nervous System as a whole
• An introduction to Polyvagal Theory (videos / discussions) and the Window of tolerance
• Coming home

Perceptual exercises will be interspersed throughout the day to allow for integration of what will be covered. This is a horse-less clinic. You do not need to bring your horse. Emma will however be offering Caraniosacral sessions for horses and humans on Sunday 28th May.
