The ultimate equine anatomy learning experience is to see from the inside out and we invite you to join us.
Evelyn Brereton from Ev’s equine services and India Woods from Valmont Farms have been carrying out dissections for several years now, contributing information to international databases of research and compiling case studies of data.
Areas we like to cover…
- What is the thoracic sling and how does it work
- Biomechanics and the influence anatomy knowledge has in our training
- What is the most commonly degenerated joint in the equine body
- Kissing Spine what does it really look like
- The sacroiliac joint and why it’s not like other “joints”
- The hyoid and hind leg connection
We do respect that this is not for everyone but we will be undertaking a lot of preparation work prior to the dissection so that the area will be organised, clean and laid out in the easiest to view for those worried if they would be able to attend.
if paying cash on the day just write a note at checkout and don’t do the direct deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We recognise that things happen but we also need to stress how much time and effort goes into organising these events and that includes handling bookings, enquiries and cancellations. We prefer that cancellations find a replacement for their spot (unless we have a waiting list). If not, a non refundable $50 deposit will be held should you require a cancellation within 48 hours of the event. We will refund in full 1 week in advance only.
